Where do you ship?

We ship only within the United States, with free standard shipping on all US orders.

How long does delivery take?

Processing normally takes 1-2 business days, followed by 4-6 business days in transit. A tracking number is provided.

Can I return or exchange an item?

No-reason returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days, subject to the Refund Policy. Fly By Jing pays approved return shipping.

When will a refund appear?

Approved refunds normally post to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
